The subscription provides access to the selected SYNAIX software tier for each commissioned asset. A deployment quote identifies the hardware and field work needed to connect it.
SYNAIX AI-X retrofit hardware, sensor kits, gateways where needed, and replacement components are quoted separately.
Site survey, sensor selection, installation, electrical or controls work, commissioning, and any required network or cellular service are scoped for the facility and quoted separately.
Pilot packages may be offered by written order. Each order should define its asset count, duration, included equipment and services, success measures, and subscription terms after the pilot.
For portfolios of 250 or more units, request a tailored quote for deployment volume, multi-site onboarding, integrations, reporting, and approved commercial terms.
